ToolsCorp Corporation will be established as a C Corporation at Lowes Australia location to be determined later with expansion in the global market. ToolsCorp will solicits financial backing for products listed below.

The ToolsCorp Corporations is a manufacturing Company that specialize in electrical and outdoor products that will follow the state laws of Tennessee and will be headed by the COO (To be determined) with a Master’s in Business and a proven track record.

Management Team

Short Term Goals:


Prepare an organized report for the Strategic Officers Steering Committee of ToolsCorp Corporation to move forward with our efforts on moving into the global industry.


Long-Term Goals:


Look at getting positive feedback from our customer base an increase it by at least 95 percent while doubling our current revenue by the end of the fiscal year. Put in place an employee’s incentive program for the employees that come with the best ideas within the year that will build the company brand. Triple traffic to our web site to increase sales. Introduce an updated product after five years.
