Compliance plan one: Professionalism

The first procedure under this policy is to ensure that all the staffs know the specific professional conduct that they are expected to abide by. It would be unrealistic to expect procedures to be followed if one does not know them (Almgren, 2013). The second would also be to make the staff aware of the potential consequences of non-compliance to the compliance plan such as the punishments and applicable fines. It is vital that this happens so as to create openness and accountability. The last procedure under this policy would be to make appropriate follow-up so as to ensure compliance and address issues of violation. A compliance plan is just that if the right follow-up is not made, it only becomes law if actual work is done (Finkelmann, 2006).

Compliance plan two: healthy and fair behavior/ client compliance

It is the right of the patient to get fair treatment at the health facility. In the same respect, the patient has the right to a healthy environment that promotes their wellbeing (Monagle & Thomasma, 2005). The first procedure to this plan is to make the patient aware of their rights. This is done through policies that are printed and either handed out to clients, or they are informed of by the staff that they contact for assistance. After this procedure, the patient is also made aware of the protocol of placing a concern that directly affects the stated policy as well as the possible consequences of the same. It is important that the patient is given the absolute freedom to file complaints and air their views about issues in a health facility to promote fairness (Finkelmann, 2006). Finally, the last procedure would be to make follow up on complaints made by the clients by the department responsible such as the HR department of the health care facility.
