Summary of Position Duties
The holder of the store Associate position will be expected to carry put the duties of inventory management and general warehouse upkeep to the best of their capability.
The plan for notifying individuals
The notification of possible candidates for this position will be done via the company website, internal memo and from human resource agencies.
Proposed Screening Criteria
The screening will be done in three stages. The first stage will involve short listing of the qualified candidates. Issues like education and experience will be used. The second stage is the first interview, where basic knowledge of the field will be tested. The third stage is the final interview where deep knowledge in the field will be tested. Issues like corporate culture will also be tested.
Selection Criteria
The qualified candidate must meet the three key qualification requirements. These include, the minimum bachelors degree in education, minimum two years experience in the field and capability to thrive in the culture of the company.
Selection Techniques
To select the ideal candidate several techniques will be used. These techniques include, former job performance reviews, evaluation of education and experience reference checks and job simulations.
How duties handled while position vacant
The Assistant store associate will be in charge for the time being as the process to fill in this position. The Assistant store associate will also be considered for the position and will also undergo the process. They will be gauged more on the performance at this transition period.
