Maintaining a clean and sanitary office environment is a mandatory requirement for any commercial business today. Beyond providing a safe and healthy place of work for your employees, the cleanliness of your business is also a marked reflection of your business for clients, colleagues and visitors.

In the business and entrepreneurial world maintaining a competitive presence is crucial for the survival of your business. Office cleaning contracts are stable and ubiquitous source of potential revenue.

To create a statement of work and request for proposal, in order to clean the offices, a company requires the following techniques to succeed in obtaining efficient contract winner.

The company is required to outline the instruction to offerors. This allows the company offering the service to tour the calling company a specific date and time. The instructions also include the base of the company and its name.

General conditions of contract are another requirement for a company to submit a proposal. It outlines the equipment’s, machinery, and/or other materials that the service provider is required to offer or supply to the company under the contract.

Terms of reference that defines the purpose and structures of the cleaning service project, the committee, meeting, negotiation, or any similar collection of people who have agreed to work together to accomplish a shared goal which is the office cleaning. This requirement is often referred to as project chatter.

Proposal submission form that will request for the vendor profile sheet: certificate of insurance, cleaning services and how the proposal shall be executed.

Price schedule is also a requirement. It is a function that maps the quantity of a good purchased to the total price paid. It comprises of the cleaning service cost.

Long term agreement is a requirement that defines the framework of terms and conditions, valid for a specified time period, which is concluded between one or more United Nations system organizations and one or more suppliers of a non-exclusive basis for the repeated purchase of specified goods or services.

Model institutional contract that outlines the legitimacy when, the company feels it has been betrayed psychologically. It is always geared to quality work by the service providers.

General conditions for professional services that outlines the legal status of the cleaning service provider and the professional services.

The contracts that can be applicable in this office can be vacuum cleaning services or ventilation clean.

Vacuum cleaning is the most appropriate for this company as it majors on dust and dirt removal. Most of the office equipment’s will undergo dusting and remain clean.

Furniture is also not left out during this process. Another reason for choosing this technique or rather this service is that it is considered cheaper and most efficient.

Ventilation is just the replacement of stale or noxious air with fresh air which can be done by office occupants. Dusting reduces suffocation in a room hence more ventilation. The clean view of the office equipment’s by clients gives a confidence in the services provided.
