Cleaning Contract

Office cleaning is one major activity that should be keenly noted and serviced within the appropriate time without affecting the daily customers. This event on its completion gives the confidence of a clean environment. (Meyers)

For an office cleaning service in our company to be effective, there are specific tasks that can be supplied to our office. They include; Oven and Grill remover, fast drying glass cleaner and vandalism mark remover. Once the checklist is done, we have to do a proposal for an office cleaning Service Company. (Meyers)

Office proposal:

An instruction to the company is to be stipulated in the plan coverage. It will discuss what the company needs to be done. The company policies are much important here. General conditions of the contract as per the procurement act should be enacted. Tools like vandalism mark remover cleaners and oven and grill cleaner should be in the checklist as a requirement for the success of this service. Terms of reference as discussed by the board of governors that professionals will undertake the service. (Meyers)

From the above statements, we will finally require the vendor profile sheet, certificate of insurance, cleaning services and how the proposal shall be executed. We are then to have a long-term agreement just in case we will always need the services just after mentioning their cost. (Meyers)

The criteria that were used to determine this task and their supplies were as follows. Ensure we have the business license to conduct business. Checking on the data sheet about the services that are performed. The workability of the tools, time efficiency of the service, compatibility, safety of the service, cost and the maintenance cost. Glass cleaning contracts are major services that give a good image of the company building. This type of contract deals with cleaning glass windows tables and anything glassy in the office. This service also entails cleaning of ceramics, metals, marble, vinyl and hard plastics. The machine used in this process removes streaky substances on windows at any time of the season, be it sunny days or cold days. It is malleable to any temperature condition. Vandalism mark removal contract is another major service whose effects are vividly observable after the completion of the work. A machine is used here to remove bad marks on office supplies. It’s incredibly effective at getting rid of shoe scuff marks, various forms of graffiti, women’s lipsticks which are a common occurrence in most of our offices and finally road tar that might have made it ways into the room. Most of our offices do have break rooms where people take meals. Some of these equipment’s get dirty. A contracted can be issued on cleaning the ovens, the grills, and even these rooms. This service will help loosen up the mess in this room since it counteracts grease and smoke residue on the floors on the tools or supplies in the rooms.
