Analysis of the artifact

The blacks have felt being undermined by the systems within the country for a long time. This has been positively supported by a picture in which a woman is captured carrying a plate written with an undermining notion “BLACK LIVES MATTER”. The picture was published in the Rolling Stone websites, was taken by Peter Marshall on the 26th of November 2014 in front of the embassy of the United States. Of course. With regard to the circumstance within the image, it is a clear indication that there is a human injustice among the American black community. The picture was taken during a demonstration within the New York City, in which the security officers mercilessly murdered an eighteen year old young man by the name Michael Brown and left his body within the street for four hours. Therefore, the picture will play an important role in my topic, which is also related to the life exhibited by the black Americans within the United States.

Moreover, it can be clearly seen within the artifact that the woman and the surrounding individuals have clearly come out and are demanding for an immediate reaction from the government to control their security organs against the black people. This is evident from the way the woman grooms, her surrounding, mood, and the woman’s expressions of the clip. From a distance, the woman can be seen on a black top and a blue trouser. She is somehow black with a white complexion and relatively black hair. In her left hand, she is holding a white paper written in a black color. An indication that she wanted her information to be clearly seen by her targeted reader. Funnily enough, everyone around her is carrying papers written with information about the demand for justice. However, despite their attempts to reach the message to the targeted audience, which seems to be the media, the girl and her surrounding individuals are blocked from reaching a given point by a metallic shield.

The only way to end such victimizations among the American black community is to take into the street and demand for an immediate action by the relevant authorities within the country. The description of the image of the female protesters indicates that indeed the Black Americans are tired of the victimization situation and are seeking for a concrete solution for the matter (Bergo). The woman’s complexity and the nature of the message written in the paper she holds are good impressions to suggest that indeed the blacks are also Americans and should not be victimized in any manner. Moreover, the fact that the victimization information has been written on a white paper, but in a black writings indicates how important the woman wanted the information to reach the audience. However, the black color of the writings and the black tops that the woman and the surrounding individuals are wearing would also symbolize the color of the black people.

With regard to the other group that surrounded the woman and the shielding metal boundary, it is true that the matter was serious, but the relevant authority was protecting themselves from the reality. Of course, the group of the artifact is composed of both the whites and the black. The collaborative initiative despite the racial discrepancy tells that all the racial components are witnessing that the blacks are being victimized and it is time the citizens come together as one nation with one voice (James). It is also relevant to justify on the ratio of male and female that presented the victimization claim within the demonstration. This shows that it is the mandate of women to take care of their young ones. Therefore, the killing of the eighteen old boy demoralizes their ability of the women to take care of their young ones.

Bergo, Bettina and Tracey Nicholls suggested that indeed the aspiration we hear about the response of the country to the welfare of the Black American is not the true image of what the black people within the United States experience. The article indicates that the notion by the whites that there is a distinctive racial discrepancy between the whites and the blacks is an irrelevant story (Bergo). The white individuals within the United States should, therefore, not feel privileged over the black people within the American geographical territories. The American should behave formally and install ethical consideration in judging one another based on their racial expression. This will not only boost the country economically, but also socially. As a result, discriminatory actions among the black people within the country will be approached with dignified performance among the citizens themselves and the political divides concerned.

The information within the article can be applied in bringing a promising solution to the analyzed situation in the artifact. The article complements that there should not exists racial discrimination within the United States (Bergo). Moreover, Bergo, Bettina and Tracey Nicholls also suggested that the only way to handle such matter within the country is to facilitate appreciativeeducation about such racial discrimination among the citizens of the United States. However, the situation within the artifact indicates that the woman and the surrounding individuals need an immediate solution to the undermining issue among the black Americans. Therefore, the relevant solutions to the racial discrimination among the black citizens of the United States provided by the article will be utilized in solving the situation within the artifact. Therefore, the discriminative issue of killing among the Black Americans by the American police agents will never occur.

The article has relevantly expanded on the issue of victimization among the black people within the United States. The fact that the article proposes that there exists racial discrimination within the United States and the citizens feels that it should not be witnessed within the American territories has been positively witnessed within the artifact (Bergo). All individuals within the American racial divide were present within the demonstration. This indicates that the practice of racial discrimination is present within the United States, hence, the people feels that it should not be practiced within the American territories.

The article gives relevant information on the reason why the lives of the black people within the American territories is important. The author of the article, who also play a crucial role in the security of the United States, articulated his ideological views on the subject matter based on the level and the way in which racial discriminations are done within the United States and the relevant solutions to such dubious activities within the United States (James). In his speech statement within the article, the author has stated his solution to the problem by focusing on the intellectuals that positively colludes with laid strategies to handle the racial practices within the country. Therefore, the article act as a brilliant background of initiating a concrete solution to the disgusting activity of racism within the United States.

The activity within the artifact and the laid evidences like the nature of the information within the woman’s paper as well as those presented within the papers that were held by those surrounding the lady is a direct indication that the issue of racism is highly practiced within the United States. Of course, the reaction of the citizens, both male and female from all the racial group of the United States has proven that the lives the black people within the United States is as well important (James). This also clearly indicated within the article. Meaning, the article positively supports the actions of the men and women protesting for the purpose of protecting the lives of the black communities within the American territories.

Both the first and the second secondary resource focuses on the racial intimidation and brutal victimizations of the black American. Other than just offering the knowledge on how the vandalism against the black communities of the United States, both the article offer concrete solutions to the irrelevant acts of the politically affiliated agents within the American territories (Bergo). Therefore, both the first and the second secondary sources play an important role in criticizing the brutal act against that black people of the United States and at the same time offer credible solutions to the victimization trend against the black community. However, there is a slight difference between the two articles based on their supporting arguments (James). The first article suggest on the use of education as a tool of eradicating the issue of racism while the second article support that dealing with the intellectuals that promotes racism is the prompt solution to the subject matter.

However, much the articles contradict one another, the articles play an important role in fighting against the brutal killing of the black people. Of course, all lives are important and rights are irrelevant to one racial community that another. All the American communities are equal and no character should be laid in one community based on the color of skin (Bergo). Moreover, the traditional beliefs that tormented human lives are no longer needed to change the way we carry out our things. Can it not be seen that killing one another, as a way of solving the problem is a foolish way of handling things when there are corrective institution that can handle such matters with some level of decency? In a real sense, it is time we stop the racial discrimination and brutal vandalism across the racial boundaries to avoid such protesting as seen within the artifact. We should be knowledgeable enough to see what has happened within the artifact and react quickly against racial victimizations with dignified solutions from the concerned parties within the United States.
