Learning Team Assignment: Executive Summary
Purpose of Assignment
The purpose of this assignment is for students to develop an organizational mentoring program to improve career development. A successful mentoring program provides students an opportunity to explore the main concepts of mentoring and how to describe the process of program development, creating buy-in from leadership, and demonstrating the ability to create training forms to conduct a mentoring program.
