OUTLINE

THESIS: Obesity has emerged as a major issue in most developed countries over the years. The condition is however no longer limited to developed countries only as eating habits have changed all over the world and developing countries have found their populations having the same issue. It is now a major problem affecting a huge number of people all over the world. Medics have defined obesity as a condition characterized by an individual being overweight. Being obese means that there is an increased amount of fat and fatty tissue in the body of an affected individual. The disease affects a person’s lifestyle and wellness of the body. As such, obesity has become one of the major social and health issues in America and most parts of the world.

There are many causes of a heart attack with the most common ones being associated with genetics. This means that an individual has inherited a risk of heart attack. Hypertension is another leading cause of attack. People with a high level of cholesterol in the body muscles, type 2 diabetes patients and smokers are at a greater risk of a heart attack.

I. Scientific studies haven’t proved a link between feeding habits, obesity and heart attack.

THESIS: Animal abuse also known as brutality to animals refers to any negligence by humans on animals. It includes any intentional harm to animals regardless of whether the maltreatment is legal or not. Animal cruelty causes suffering to the animals. The debate on the limits and the actual of what animal cruelty is has gone on for a long time with some people suggesting that killing animals for food is cruel while others bring in the question of religion and argue that killing animals for food is not cruelty.
