Good evening everyone,

I was assign the number 7 and my problems are as follows:

7)

x^2+6x-27=0

To factor this problem, I have to figure out what numbers multiply together to get -27 and add to get 6. The two numbers are -3 and 9! -3*9=-21 and 9-3=6

So, (x-3) and (x+9)

(x-3)(x+9)=0

x-3=0, x+9=0

I have completed the square

x= -3,9

14)

The quadratic formula: ax^2+bx+c=0 has to be use in my next problem

a^2=32 (a with the square root of two, equals thirty-two.

I have to simplify the square root of thirty two.

The square root of thirty-two is four square root of two.

Considering the four with the square root of two cannot be simplified further...

The answer is: a= 42,−42

Words: Four square root two, negative four with the square root of two
