This study will be focusing on the creation of a branding strategy for kid’s community daycare center. We will be giving a brand name to the center and we will be design logo and slogan for the care center. We will also develop a marketing strategy for the center and will prepare a timetable for the implementation of our plan. We will also define the perceptual map of our center in contrast to its rivals in the market. We will develop mission statement and introduction part for our center too. At the end, we will analyze the behavior of the consumers that we are targeting from a business point of view for our center and will define that the Logan, slogan, brand name, and extension are best suitable for them.

Branding Strategy

Brand strategy is all about a quantification process for the worth and reliability of the product. Our purpose is to provide a safe and secure environment to the kids and to provide effective support in their development in order to achieve success in the life. Another purpose is to provide assistance to the single and both partners working parents for relaxing them from the stress of their kid’s safety during their absence. We are motivated to provide consistency in our business through fulfilling words of mouth and ensuring a life to our claims (Johner, 2007). We will gain emotional support from the customers by properly advertising our center and its purpose on local radio, TV channels, social media, and newspaper. We are willing to be flexible in our operations and will be accommodating the parents as per their desires and will be providing an environment, which will be active for cultural diversity. We will be involving all of our employees through training and meetings to provide their key role in achieving our mission. We will be continually improving our brand through competitive awareness. Analysis of Clients as per Branding Strategy

The primary market targeted class for our daycare center are the parents in which both parents are working and do not have enough time to take proper care of their children. We are also targeting single parents for our daycare centers because they are the only ones responsible for the appropriate upbringing of their children (Kim, Jae, Kong & Noh, 2015). In order to meet with daily needs, they are unable to sort out the time for the nourishment of kids. Both of these targeted classes want daycare service for taking better care of their children for them. All they want is to assurance regarding the safety of their kids and effective learning service for their well-being.

Our brand name “We Care Childcare” is a single answer to all of their needs. We are showing our concern towards the provision of effective learning services to the kids with the first part of our brand name “We Care” and with the second part “Childcare”; we are giving them assurance regarding the safety of their kids. Our logo is representing an adult performing a gesture with the kids, which is a clear representation of providing effective services to the kids by involving with them (Choi & Kim, 2007). A hand underneath them is the representation of safety. Our slogan is depicting the similar things and our brand extension is providing enjoyment services to the kids in playing time. As per the rationale above, it is quite clear that our branding strategy is effective enough to gain the attention of the potential targeted class.

We Care Childcare Introduction and Mission

The sole purpose of establishing “We Care Childcare” is to provide quality-learning service to the kids in a safe and secure environment with affordable pricing. We are providing effective and quality services to the kids for stimulating their interest level in the education and thirst regarding happening all around us by using techniques after extensive research and 21st century tools (Hanafi, 2015). What can better be from a childcare where the children love to go and where the safety is the prime concern? We are much interested in developing a partnership with the parents and sharing our experiences with them and taking theirs for bringing improvement in our services
