The Alkimsth Corp is a telecommunication company based on the USA. This company is responsible for international communication amongst family and friends. They are the number one provider of international calling cards. Due to request made by our customers the company is in a high need of an app give their customer’s an easier way to access the pin code used to call internationally. Moreover, the crew wants their customers to be able to start a purchase, pay via online methods and have the pin sent to them directly from theirs mobile devices.

In other words, the Alkimisth Corp needs a mobile App that will be utilized to sell their calling card’s pin number. Hence, this project will summarize the requirements aimed at achieving that tasks which includes project management framework development, software development methodologies, and human resource and development, research and design methods.

Furthermore, this project will assume the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) processes, which includes initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing projects. The way in which this framework aids in describing the project necessities will be explained in the diagram below; it is imperative that certain work activities such as evaluation and reporting would be conducted throughout the project life.
