Why iPhone Users Don’t Complain

The Antenna-gate, the Bend gate, and the Battery gate, these are few of most popular issue with iPhone series. Since Apple released iPhone 3, whenever they released new series there were always new issues followed by. Even with these issues, there were 728million iPhones in use worldwide in April 2017. 728millions of people didn't complain enough to change Apple to make a better version of the iPhone, which means iPhone users don't complain about their defected smartphones. Hence people are still struggled with troubled devices because of their indifference.

Slow to fast and analog to digital. As period evolved, our cell phones also developed to smartphones. People are spending their days busy as a hen with one chicken. People need a smarter phone to manage their deficient times. Their days are tight to do their work. People don’t think Apple is going to change their iPhone series or exchange complainer's iPhone to a new one because there are 728millions of people are still using iPhone series. Therefore, people don't complain about their phones. They don't want to spend their energy to oppose, while there's only a low expected value than consumption value. Last Summer I received mail from an organization that trying to gather people to sue Apple. I was the iPhone X user, who didn't experience Apple's faulty device. Nevertheless, I was in interest to help them out, but it demands a lot of energies and times. After a few hours of deep thought, I decided not to involve in this organization. I was too busy to put my own time to help them for undefined reward; also reward has little expected value than how much effort I put into.

iPhone's failure rate is the only 3percent, which is 21.8million of iPhones are with faulty. It is only 3percent out of 100percent of total users. Major 97percent of users don't have trouble with their iPhone series while they are using it. Most people don't want to make trouble with others, while people don't feel uncomfortable with an issue, they will endure it and forget it. Voices from 3percent are never enough to tell Apple to accept it, but other 97percent of user won't complain about it because it never came to reality to them. As I mentioned in the second paragraph, I didn't react to against Apple even my device model has defects, because I never experienced faulty with my skin. It is like most people don't know how lousy famine is in worldwide unless they suffer it with their skin.

In 2019, Apple still making new iPhone series without any feedbacks about issue gates. Since most of the users didn't complain, 3percent of iPhone users always have struggled with their faulty iPhones. Furthermore, Apple slows the old version of iOS on purpose to customers buy the new iPhone, they don't supplement their weak point of a security system of iOS, and They still denying compensation to their victims. Apple will stay as how they were unless people gather up and speak out with their most influential voices.

Major of minor users won’t complain about iPhone issues, as long as they are busy to live their life. They are too busy to complain about a problem that will result in a low expected value. Only extremely minor significant people will complain about iPhone's issues because they never experienced these issues with their skin. “Every New Year’s Eve I resolve to do something about the Milquetoast in me and vow to speak up, calmly, for my rights, and the betterment of our society, on every appropriate occasion.” (75) Therefore, people should fight for their rights, for their community, and themselves. Vices will never change before people gather major voices to complain and fight for. Ten people's step is influential than one person's ten steps.
