How Can Makes Asad Success in Pakistan

Pakistan is a country with great potential. Its GNI increased from $480 to $800 from 2000 to 2007, and its GDP increased from 4.9% to 6.9%. Pakistan's development attracted Asad who is the founder of ePlanet Ventures, He found there was a big market for advertising, communications, media, wireless, and computer software in Pakistan. Asad was considering whether he wanted to be one of the first entrants in a largely untapped market.

Although, Pakistan is a largely untapped market of this high-tech, is easy to create a company, but it's hard to scale the company up. Pakistan is just beginning to develop, which means that the quality and ability of the population is generally low, and it is difficult to find a trusted management in Pakistan; Also, Pakistan's government is not stable, which means that when a new government comes into power, the relevant policies will change, which is good for the market or beneficial, but not safe. Some enterprises will be affected by the change of policy; Asad is a Pakistani, but he had spent the majority of his life away from the country, and he wants to replicate the pattern of successful foreign companies over to Pakistan, but sometimes that does not work, because a company can success is base on the population, culture, custom, and many factors of this country. Asad spent most his time abroad, he doesn’t know what Pakistani wants.

If the company grow too big they will have to be very careful because it not going to be easy because you have a lot to do to get it done. Asad would have to have the relationship with a lot of people because he want connect that way he can have help starting his business to make it a little easier for him but once he does that it will be easy because people are going to want to work for him. He can start putting job flyer everywhere that way people can know they hiring and students could see it and they can tell people because it will be a good opportunity for a lot of people to work at a business.

The company can hire student for university because they can do it as they internship and they can teach them the format of the job and how to do it and it will make it easier and the company can get Pakistan people to work there in they save a lot of money to do that because it all going to be students and they will do a very good job at it because they going to love their job and help the company grow at a faster rate.

Asad can start the company with the one that they have right now and then they can switch to another government if they don’t like it because it won’t be good for them if that doesn’t work they can to India or China in start the business there and it will grow probably even faster for them. If they move to India or China it will be better because they will have more opportunities to make the company grow each year of a couple months or even couple weeks and it will definitely be better for him.

Base on all alternative, we suggest Asad can build a company in other countries such as India, or China, Both countries are strong in science and technology. In India, the contribution of information technology to India's GDP has grown from 1.2% in 1999-2000 to an estimated 4.8% in 2005-06. India's software and information-technology-driven services have grown at an average annual rate of more than 28% over the past five years. In China, the contribution rate of the information technology industry to GDP has reached more than 40%, and the contribution rate continues to rise every year. These data reflect the fact that China and India are both information technology giants. At the same time, the governments of these countries are very supportive of its enterprises, then they will not have inadequate facilities, such as cut off the water, outage, communication failure and so on. It is also the most convenient place to hire employees because China and India are the countries with the largest populations, there are many graduates preparing for employment, they don't ask for a high salary, they just hope that there is a space for them to rise, so they will work very hard. Asad could start a business in another country until the company was strong enough to handle the unexpected. At this time, he could go back to Pakistan for development and apply for employees in Pakistan. Moreover, the salaries of Pakistani employees were generally low, so Asad could save more money to invest in other technological or apply for more professional talents. If, unfortunately, the government in Pakistan changes, he can move the company back.
