Our mission is to provide employment for the unemployed and experience to graduates. At Reality Recruiting we will prepare our employees for employment with top companies. The uniqueness of my staffing agency is our training center. Once an employee starts with our staffing agency, we will provide them with the training necessary for their success as an individual with pay. Employers will pay us top dollar for our candidates to fill their vacancies. Some candidates will have the opportunity to receive employment full-time in the career of their dreams. If a full-time position is not obtained, a candidate will have the option to receive experience to add to their resume to lead them to the career of their dreams. Success is guaranteed!
