What are three problems that managers might face if selecting the wrong fit with an alliance partner?

Choose an international organization, describe the purpose of the organization or company.  Outline the current international alliances that exist and present recommendations for that would enhance other alliance partnerships/why.   This company should not be the same one as you used in the first and second assignments.

·       The body of the paper should be five to seven (5) pages. Include a cover page and reference page.

·       Incorporate a minimum of five (5) current scholarly journal references published within the last five (5) years within your work.

·       Include the background of the organization in your opening paragraph; conclude the paper with a summary. 

·       The paper is to be written in a clear and concise manner that is free of grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.

·       Support all statements of fact with scholarly evidence and citations.
