The issues and actions should come from your analysis and understanding of the facts in the case: What is the problem faced by the manager? What are the possible solutions? Which solution is the best – what should be done – and why? The personal takeaways section could include your reactions to the industry analysis, personal insights, etc. These blogposts are due before the case is discussed in class. These blogposts will be graded based on the following criteria: 30% for writing and grammar, 60% for learning demonstrated and potency of the solutions offered, and 10% for originality of thinking.
