Please help I do not understand where to begin
1. Use the "Florida Graduate Salaries" data from "Course Documents" and perform an independent samples t-test. Find out whether the salaries between male and female graduates are statistically different.
a. What are the means of salaires for male graduates and female graduates?
b. Use the level of significance at .05, to see if the two salaries are statistically different. Write out your results (i.e., t statistic, and whether it is significant at .05 level), and attach your SPSS output.
2. Use "Employee Data" from "Course Documents" and perform a dependent-samples t-test. Find out whether people's current salaries and starting salries are statistically different.
a. What are the means of current salaries and starting salaries?
b. Use the level of significance at .05, to see if the two salaries are statistically different. Write out your results (i.e., t statistic, and whether it is significant at .05 level), and attach your SPSS output.
