[it] has made us more interconnected than at any time in human history.” Because the world is interconnected, global cooperation on cybersecurity is crucial. Cyber threats do not have national boundaries and can harm or disrupt communications on a global perspective.

International cybersecurity cooperation is essential in this globally connected world. The United States and many other nations have laid out strategies for this.
