Assume that your boss (real or imagined) has asked you to prepare a business report on Emotional Intelligence that can be shared at the next executive meeting. In this report she wants the following questions responded to:

1) Provide an explanation of the factors of Emotional Intelligence.

2) Explain how each factor is linked to leadership effectiveness.3) Investigate if emotional intelligence can be taught. If yes, then how; if no then why not.4) How would a person convince you that they had emotional intelligence (beyond tests)The body of this report should be approximately 5-6 pages in length.
