(Mikes Bikes) Business Plan

I have attached the document for the assignment. To help you understand the situation, we are doing a simulation for a Bike Company in a market in which there are 6 other "teams" competing with us. The simulation is called MikesBikes. I will also attach a business plan from last year. This attachment can help you understand and produce a similar product. I need the SWOT analysis, business strategy, and situation analysis done. Preferably by tomorrow so I can review and make any necessary adjustments.
