• Requirements: All students are required to identify, evaluate and summarize different types of technology (at least 1-2 forms of technology per group member). A summary of the project is to be prepared by the team and uploaded to the Coursework-Assignment page by each member.
• This project is intended to help the class understand the differing types of technologies and challenges with the technology associated with distributed team collaboration. Working in teams assigned by the instructor, meet and discuss each technology highlighted by each team member. Discuss the technology per the assessment attributes below.

Working as a group, prepare a short summary that highlights each technology, and address the following key areas:

• Workflow best suited for the technology, core advantages, and limitations. Include resources from which you pulled your data.

Include the following criteria:

• Technology type and description
• Special training required to learn how to use the technology
• Specialized equipment needed to use the technology
• Global access to the technology at the primary location of the team member
• Workflow type best suited for the technology
• Synchronicity of the technology
• Tasks complexity best suited for the technology
