You are brought in to conduct a Risk Assessment for an accounting firm. The organization is feuding over whether or not the assessment should be qualitative or quantitative. The company has the following characteristics:

• Employs over 200 accountants and auditors
• Has at least 20 people in the organization that have been on previous Risk Assessment teams
• Have both cloud and on-premise infrastructure for their high impact expensive software
• The company has gone through several audits and have several people versed in subjective assessments
• The CFO is very hands on and likes simplicity 
• Some historical data is available, but not much
• The organization typically has one major outage per year and have a difficult time determining how to recover properly when replacing assets

Provide a minimum of 3 reasons to the customer why you would recommend either a qualitative or quantitative assessment for their organization. If you provide a comparison for both, be sure to provide a summary of your selected assessment approach and why
