The company from week three has hired you as a consultant. Review their mission, vision, and values statement plus growth plans. Prepare an executive summary paper identifying the concerns you find in the main departments. For example, upper management, middle management and front line employees. Identify areas where decisions could have a better plan to match their growth. Give your suggestions with examples that are customized to this organization.
