The stakeholder strategy chart that you created in this unit will be integrated into Section 4.1.2 of the IT Project Management Plan (PMP) template; the PMP template is located below in the instructions for the Final Project. 

The culmination of this course is the creation of a Project Management Plan (PMP) that realistically represents those used in the industry to document and provide management oversight to small, medium, and large projects of varying levels of complexity. To meet the requirements for the final project, utilize the PMP template provided below, and complete the following: 

1. Review and update the projects completed in Units II-VII, and then integrate your work from previous units into the PMP template. 

2. To ensure consistency and completeness, make certain to review and update the elements which will be transferred from the work you completed in ITC 4760, Information Technology Evaluation and Implementation I.
