 students will engage in a number of self-assessment exercises.  Students will be required to complete these assessments and then prepare a “Personal Profile/Portfolio” of him/herself as a member of an organization, as well as his/her potential as a leader or manager.  This “reflection type” paper needs to be 3-5 pages in length.  It should include reflections on five assessments, one of which must be the MBTI.
