Ex: Julia is a 39-year-old married teacher. Prev OB HX includes 2 vaginal deliveries. PT is looking for a longer acting birth control but is not yet ready to "shut down the shop". Pt is a social smoker, drinks 2-3 drinks a week. Please choose the best option you think for her and provide a rationale.
