(i) Review and discuss the Key Focus Areas (KFAs) of the department (ii) Identify and list the key goals and objectives of the department (iii) List and discuss the Key Activities that are currently done to achieve the overall goals and objectives  stated on their strategic plans (iv) List and discuss the challenges/ impediments/ stumbling blocks/ to effective implementation of strategic  plans  (v) What are the way forward strategies /interventions/mitigation activities that the organisation has to come up with to overcome to achieve the desired outcomes in a timely manner?
