1. My academic advisor at university sent me an email ( welcome message ). How should I reply ?

Dear Student,

Welcome to University!  I understand that you will be entering the BA program this year.  I'm an assistant professor and an archaeologist.  I believe I am going to be assigned as your advisor.   Perhaps we could find a time to meet during the first weeks of September?
