1.Prepare a pen and a piece of paper in front of you.. Relax, sit down where ever you want, and ask yourself a question: Have you ever imagined to write like you are traveling through the life of the narrator? This particular type of writing makes you feel everything.

Start thinking about things you HAVE thought about before in five minutes. Then, take three deep breaths and empty your mind. And restart thinking about things you HAVEN’T thought about before in five minutes. Then, take three deep breaths and empty your mind again. Now, grab your pen and write on the paper immediately, what key words you got? And what left in your mind?

Then, think about these key words, try to related your personal experiences, emotions and feelings to them, then, write around them, what details you got now? Ok, grab yourself a hot chocolate or anything makes you feel sweet and warm.

Now, start telling us your story.

2. Go to the rooftop or outside where there are no obstructions. The activity is done best when alone. Lie down on your back. Face the sky and focus on it. Notice the changes. You can use sunglasses if need be. Make sure you are as comfortable as possible. Listen to the sky. Note any flying birds or objects and the sounds they make. After thirty minutes, go back inside the house and lie on your back on your bed. Close your eyes and try to remember everything you saw and heard. Visualize yourself to be in harmony with everything you observed in the sky. Feel every emotion and body reactions. Sit up and take notes on anything that you might want to write. Get up and go outside to observe. Only this time, it may be a park or anywhere with lots of grass and other plants. Sit on the ground and observe keenly. Look for any organisms or insects that you can watch without disturbing them as they go on with their activities. Observe at least two types of small organisms such as ants and grasshoppers. Write down five random words. During the whole process, do not speak to anyone. Focus on the work at hand. Go back home and write a poem using the random words and the notes that you took.
