2)Research and EBP projects can be communicated in many ways. Which method do you think is most effective to get to the staff nurse level? To the advance practice nurses? How will you ensure that all appropriate audiences receive your information?

3)When it comes to communication there are certain principles that can impact our processes. What’s the principle that you feel is most impactful?

4)When it comes to gaps (the literature and different types of evidence, there are often gaps) there are many reasons they exist. One such reason is that perhaps there are ethical concerns that prevent us from appropriately and fully developing and conducting the research. What do you suggest to fill in these types of gaps? Should we just accept them?
