For this week, I would like for you to interview someone who you regard as a true leader.  And by that, I mean someone who inspires action and motivation through personal charisma and idealized influence.  This person should be in the business of espousing and achieving lofty goals and visions, creating a sense of connection and rapport with followers, and inspiring others to do cool and worthwhile things (e.g., Hamish Brewer).Hmmm...this might be trickier than originally thought.  Talk with her/him about concepts from our book/course, or simply let the discussion go where it goes.After your interview, give yourself time to think and reflect on the experience and then type up a report of your interview and lessons learned.
