1. Case studies must be organized as follows:

(1) Identification of major issue/problem Identify the main contradictions/keys (succinct and clear what the key issues are)

(2) Analysis of Situation Analysis (very critical), seeing the nature through phenomena

(3) Ztrategic alternatives (alternative options)

(4) Recommendation of solution

2. Other relevant requirements:

Personnel: 3 people / group (free combination)

Time: about 8 minutes

Language: both Chinese and English

Form: Group lectures need to prepare PPT and a written report (word, need to print), written report in the last class before the class to pay the paper version to GA
