This week our discussion will focus on charity theft.  We will review two separate cases.  One involves the investigation of cancer charities that abuse and squander donations and the other involves donated Clothing Bin Scam.  Please discuss the similarities and differences in the crimes/acts committed. In your opinion, what do you think should have been done in each situation?  How can these types of crimes be prevented?  What is the impact of these types of crimes on society?
