8 Questions Regarding Public Relations Writing, Legality, Copyrights, Trademarks
Hello all,
Please answer the following 8 questions in at least 225 words (but no more than 280 words/strict word count) and cite at least one source in APA formatting after answering each question.
No title page needed, just need one reference after each question written in APA format.
Here are the questions I need answered:
1. Describe what language fallacies are in public relations writing. What are the different types?
2. Explain what is mean by logic fallacies in public relations writing.
3. Explain how “testimonials” and “transfer” can be considered an unethical persuasion tactic.
4. Describe how ghostwriting can be sometimes considered an unethical tactic of public relations writing.
5. Explain what legally qualifies as defamation. What is required to bring about a case of defamation.
6. Explain what the limits of copyrights are with regards to substantial similarity and works in the public domain.
7. Explain what trademarks are and how they are different from copyrights and patents and how they are similar to these as well.
8. Describe what is and is not protected in “commercial speech” and describe what qualifies something as “commercial speech.”
I would really like to have this by Friday, March 10, 2017 by 10:00pm US Central Standard Time but can wait until Saturday, March 11, 2017 as long as it is received no later than 3:00pm US Central Standard Time.
