a 10 yo soccer player falls on her outstretched righ hand; is found holding her right wrist; there is swelling at the distal wrist and forearm and she attes the pain is a 10 and feels nauswous..there is tenderness at the distal radius..she can flex and extend wrist but pain and supination and pronation give pain. diagnosis? what clues tell you this and would you remove her from the game
