A data analyst wants to use regression analysis to see if an employee's salary is related to her/his education level. Employees are categorized into 3 education levels, 1, 2 and 3. A higher code reflects more education. The analyst codes Ed2 and Ed3 for education levels 2 and 3 and obtains the following regression results.
The analyst's boss is not happy with these results because the salary equation above uses Ed_1 as base and has to be written using dummy variables Ed_2 and Ed_3. He wants to see the regression equation for salary using Ed_3 as base with dummy variables for Ed_1 and Ed_2. To accomplish this (choose one of the options and provide an answer):
