You approach her and she tells you she has come for medicine. After you direct her to the clinic, one of your co-workers tells you that the woman is a drug addict and is HIV-positive. Your co-worker comments that this woman has been in jail multiple times for prostitution and drug possession. The co-worker states angrily, “I can’t believe we still give her medicine."
