The "teamwork" inner and outer hair cells and the brain.

Ist this to understand as a sort of triangular system?

Hard of hearings (as I'm) are always complaining about noise, which disturb them to understand spoken words.

Nor speech comprehension in noise.

Normally the "non-hard-of-hearings" are able to divide disturbing noise from useful sound unconsciously.

Is this a problem of that "teamwork"?

The destroyed hair cells are also responsible for that phenomenon, that hard of hearings are able to perceive the increase ode decrease of loudness in steps less than 1dB?
