According to Gary Hamel and Michele Zanini’s Harvard Business Review article, “What We Learned About Bureaucracy from 7,000 HBR Readers,” bureaucracy is destroying more and more value in many health care systems. Great organizations across industries fight bureaucracy by implementing lean management strategies and explicitly structure their leadership systems to connect leaders and teams within the organization to the daily issues of front-line employees (Hamal and Zanini, 2017). 

You are assigned to lead the “Break up with Bureaucracy” task force for an organization.

Utilizing Microsoft as the company, develop a 1000-word “Breakup with Bureaucracy Proposal,” which includes your recommended actions or strategies to address bureaucracy in your selected organization and improve organizational performance. Complete the following components in your proposal:
