adobe animate cc

is there by any chance someone can write a actionscript code for this below doc. it has to be done in adobe animate cc

1. i want two pages 

2. like 1st page will be a Home page, which will have titile a"ALPHABETS LEARNER"

3. 2nd page should have back button and next button so that i can go back or to next page or directly to Home Page 

Below is a prototype of what i want and the zipped folder contain the example.
