This unit focuses on designing and assessing the design of work areas. Suppose that we considered the standard seating in a commercial-airline jet to be a work area for someone who typically performs office duties. 1) What types of things would you want to assess in terms of tools, equipment, and the general working space? 2) What kind of ergonomic-related feedback would you provide for the airline company to improve the worker's experience?
