Almost everything in the connectivity part of the network world points to, is described by, is explained in relation to, or is interpreted by the OSIRM. This Reference Model is just that—it is THE fundamental vocabulary of connectivity. So, pick one of the seven layers of the OSI and dive deep into what it covers and the networking protocols out there that relate to the layer you chose.
