I need help coding this practice program, is what Below is my teachers instructions. Also Below is my Class description of both classes in java. What i have problems is the welcome and farewell banner METHOD. Also i have difficulty in the Outside and inside loops. Each input hast o have validating loop, the user can hit Q to quit the program at any time. Basically im having difficulty writing my Main class.

Program Instructions:

We are going to help the local carpet installer, ACE CARPET INSTALLATION, who would like help in writing a program to calculate the cost of installing carpet in any customers room. This will be a buisness program, run by an employee of the company. The program must run until the employee chooses to quit. Program must have a main menu consisting of two options: Plan a room or Quit When the employee chooses to plan a room , the user will input length and width. a validation loop is needed for all user input. The program must calculate the area, charge a fixed rate or every square foot, as well as an additional for instlation.(My teacher never gave me any a value for these fees!).

Once all calculations have been run, the program must present the results of the customers of the customers room plan in a properly formatted report. Following the report, them employee must be present the main menu again.
