Abraham Lincoln was sixteenth president of Free States from a small town in Kentucky. He rose to power in the year 1860 at a time where the union was under civil war, and there was a lot of slavery trade from the African countries. His accomplishment can be seen in the states up to today since his significance is still felt today by the citizens.

Lincoln was a man committed to uniting the union and thus vindicating democracy no matter what were the consequences to him through his effort the union indeed was saved. Since he was able to unify the southern states that were against him since he was so much against the slavery trade that was there, this was among the issues that had led to civil war during his tenure but through patience and careful timing he was able to prevent the union from split off. Abraham liaison was able to bring to an end the slavery trade that was there, and this brought liberty and economic equality among the citizens.

He is a significant to the United States of America and the world today since his effort can be remembered everywhere in the world today through democracy that he defined as a government of the people by the people for the people. The equality in the United States and the end of slave trade so a mark of the end discrimination in states since he was able to grant the blacks all rights similar to the white where they can participate in the election of the government that they desired to have in power

Abraham Lincoln relevance can be seen all over fifty-two states and the world at a large trough the democracy that their enjoy today and the unity that is felt all over the states that nearly collapsed
