1.      An area in California announced they were clearing out a homeless camp in order to complete a LAX project involving a parking lot for a rental car business. Many of the homeless residents stated they have nowhere to go, but local authorities reported they would let the residents know of some social services they can use. Some of the residents reported they did not want services and just needed "a helping hand".  Some of the public who read this story stated on discussion boards that those who did not want services show they are just wanting a hand out to support their bad habits and are lazy.   Answer the following questions related to this below.
