The essay should answer the following questions:

·         What is a life/work/school challenge you have faced? Please include a description of the challenge.

·         What did you do to resolve the challenge?

·         What you would do differently, if anything, given the opportunity?  If you would stay with your initial course of action please explain why.

·         What have you learned from this challenge? How would you modify your behavior for the future?

 The essay must meet the following criteria:
