An explosion on March 13, 2008, killing 11 workers. A randomly sampled survey of 54 of these workers who were exposed to oil, dispersant, cleaners, and other chemicals. Of these 54 workers, 25 reported skin problems, such as itchy skin or rash, as a result of exposure to these chemicals. We are interested in constructing a 95% confidence interval for the population proportion of all workers who reported such skin problems.
