Imagine that the Great Wall has not yet been built.  Imagine further that you are the architect trying to convince your client- depending on the building , a head of state, member of the nobility, religious leader or public official, etc, - that they should build the structure you have in mind. To this end you have crafted a masterfully written and beautifully presented report to explain the structure you have designed.
