Are Aliens real? Is it possible that life on other planets is real and we (the people of Earth) just not know it?

pretty much yes!

statistically speaking, there must be other life forms in this vast universe, we haven't looked everywhere in fact we aren't even close to that. we are discovering completely new species here on earth every year, we can't possibly assert that there aren't any life forms in this 90 billion light years wide universe!
