Articulate your theory or model of learning and explain how one or more of the learning theories you explored resonates most closely with your teaching and thinking about how P–12 students learn. What examples of this learning theory or model do you see in your classroom?
Explain an additional theory or model of learning that you found particularly interesting. Be sure to explain why you found it interesting and how it might impact your professional practice.
Explain why having a theory or model of learning is an important prerequisite for effective curriculum design. Include an instance when it would be appropriate to switch theory/model or when you might use a variety of theories. Explain how understanding and switching between theories and models help you differentiate curriculum.
Develop at least one SMART goal for each KASAB area related to the key responsibilities of a highly effective teacher and what teachers should know and be able to do. One or more of your KASAB goals should address a component of the Instructional Plan Template on which you want to concentrate for continual improvement, such as the incorporation of Bloom’s Taxonomy/Depth of Knowledge, collaboration, or differentiation.
